Sarah Babb
Licensed Associate Counselor, LAC-23591
I work with adults and children, with a focus on ADHD, late-diagnosed or suspected autism, sensory issues, and parenting concerns. I can help you better understand the intersection between ADHD, sensory issues, anxiety, and depression and help you reach your goals. I utilize a combination of different therapy techniques including talk therapy, storytelling, sand tray, art, movement, music, and sensory support activities. I am neurodivergent, LGBTQ- and PDA-supportive, and use my professional and personal experiences to support you.

I offer therapy for children, teens, adults and families at the 450 East Navajo Location in Building Two and via telehealth. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna insurances.
I work with clients using a person-centered approach that is LGBTQIA+ and disability friendly. I use neuroaffirmative and creative modalities to empower clients in navigating life's challenges and achieving personal growth.
Work Experience
I have worked in community mental health for about six months with a specialization in play therapy. I have been with Mosaic Mental Healht for two years where I continue to utilize play and creative modalities for client needs.
