I offer child, teen, adult, family and couples therapy sessions at the 450 East Navajo Location in Building One and via telehealth. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.

My work spans diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, those facing substance use issues, grief, disordered eating, co-occurring disorders, perinatal mood concerns, neurodivergence, ADHD, serious mental illness, unresolved trauma/complex trauma. I specialize in trauma recovery, attachment theory, narrative therapy, play-based therapy, bibliotherapy, art-based therapy, DBT, CBT, and family systems, using a client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique story.

Work Experience

I have worked int he community health field for seven years providing care to birth to five populations, children, adolescents and adults. I have ran various groups for children in DCS custody, DBT, and PHP for teens. I also work with the LGBTQ+ community  as well as working with substance abuse, grief and high need/complex cases.
