With over 20 years of experience, Lori specializes in psychodrama, helping individuals, families, couples, and teens navigate life’s challenges. She works to create a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and improved communication.
Gretchen Solof
LCSW and Clinical Supervisor
With five years of experience, Gretchen specializes in holistic and somatic therapy for teens and adults, supporting mind-body healing through compassionate, personalized care. She seeks to aid clients in healing trauma and their relationship they have with themselves.
Gretchen also offers clinical supervision to associate level therapists looking to gain hours towards their independent license.

Sophie is our clinical intern from Northern Arizona University. She integrates mindfulness based therapy, psychodynamic, culturally sensitive existential and elements of ACT and CBT to help you find resilience, presence and deeper self-understanding. She works with teens, adults and elders.
Lily Ryan

Lily specializes in DBT, play therapy, eating disorders, and substance use disorder, working with children, teens, adults, and couples to foster healing, resilience, and connection. Come meet her therapy dog named Bear!

Ashley works with children (7+), teens, and adults, specializing in ADHD, anger management, behavior management, life transitions, school issues, and women's issues, offering compassionate support for growth and healing.
