Nicole Keele
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC-24580
My therapeutic style is direct, and deeply collaborative. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. I bring humor, humanity, and heart to the work—because mental health is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we can’t experience joy along the way. Together, we’ll work transparently, creating a safe space for you to show up free from judgment.

I offer individual and Couples sessions to adults at the 510 East Fort Lowell Location and via telehealth. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UHC and UMR insurances.
I am a trauma therapist specializing in couples and individuals. I support you in building stronger relationships and moving beyond the invisible wounds of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD or past trauma. Whether your pain began in childhood, adulthood, or within a relationship, you don’t have to face it alone. With training in DBT, the Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care, I guide you toward real, lasting change.
Work Experience
I have five years of experience in behavioral health, specializing in trauma and complex cases with co-occurring diagnoses. I also have three years of experience as an individual therapist, providing support and coordinating social services to help clients navigate their challenges effectively.
