Ashley Williams
Licensed Associate Counselor, LAC-23136
I see therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on yourself, and I am here to walk alongside you. My role is to offer guidance, tools, and support while helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create a life that feels more manageable and authentic.

I offer individual therapy to children, teens and adults at my office at the 510 East Fort Lowell Location and via telehealth. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
I work with children ages 7 and up, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional challenges, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves.
Work Experience
For the past two years, I have worked as a therapist at Mosaic Mental Health, providing individual counseling. I also work as a school counselor, providing me with the experience supporting children and families in both clinical and school settings.
Education
Attended Northern Arizona University , Masters, Graduated 2024
Professional skills
When working with children and teens, I believe connection and creativity are key. Play, humor, and age-appropriate activities can help young clients express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. With adults, I provide a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and work toward meaningful change.
