What Types of Therapy are Offered?
Our therapists have an entire tool kit of evidence based modalities they use in sessions ranging from Somatic Processing, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Play, Art, IFS, Attachment based, Sand Tray and more!
What Insurances are Accepted?
Our practice is currently in network with Aenta, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Meritain Health insurance.
We have several providers that do accept United Health Care and UMR as well.
What are the Self Pay Rates?
We offer 53 minute sessions at a rate of $115.
30 minute sessions are $57.
We do offer reduced intern rates of $50 for 53 minute sessions and $25 for 30 minute sessions.
All interns have two clinical supervisors that work directly with them to create the best form of treatment for each client!
I am a Good Canidate for Therapy?
Mosaic Mental Health is an outpatient office that can provide individual, family, couple and group therapy to children ages 7 and up.
We do not offer any medication management, but we do have referral sources to providers that do!
Do You Sign ESA, FMLA, and Disability Paperwork?
Unfortunately, in Novemeber 2023 the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners created a statute stating that it would be "out of the scope of practice" for therapist to sign any of those types of letters. We will be unable to sign any of those types of forms, but progress notes can always be requested!
