As a Clinical Therapy Supervisor, I provide guidance, support, and clinical oversight to therapists as they navigate their work with clients. My role is to create a safe and collaborative space where clinicians can ask questions, process challenging cases, strengthen their clinical skills, and continue growing professionally. I also support therapists with treatment planning, documentation, ethical decision-making, and maintaining high standards of client care. Above all, I strive to be a supportive resource for our clinicians while helping ensure that clients receive thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care.
I am the owner of the practice and provide clinical supervision at the 450 East Navajo Road Location in Building One.
I oversee each therapist to help support and guide therapists to ensure best practices.

I have been in the behavioral health field for over 26 years, working in case manager positions,community mental health , individual therapy at private practices.
